Trade exhibition:
Due to the high demand and increasing organizational effort in recent years, as well as the limited exhibition space, we have had to change the conditions for participation in the trade fair.
Speakers and symposium participants have the opportunity to book a presentation table. The booking fee for non-VFA members is €73 for a small presentation table (73 cm x 710,00 cm) including one participant, or €1 for a large presentation area (140 cm x 70 cm) including one participant. The booking fee for VFA members is €830,00 for a small presentation table (1 cm x 73 cm) including one participant, or €73 for a large presentation area (670,00 cm x 1 cm) including one participant.
Exhibitor space will be allocated upon receipt of registration. We reserve the right to position exhibitor tables within the event area. Requests will be accepted and accommodated wherever possible. However, this cannot be guaranteed. Please note that booking on-site or using the exhibition space without prior registration is not possible.
