Please select the number of days you would like to participate and the number of hotel nights you would like to reserve.  
The participation fee is €285,00 per day and person, or €265,00 for VfA members.
 
If you participate on both days, the participation fee is 525,00 € per person, for VfA members 490,00 € per person.
 
The cost for a single room including breakfast in Hotel
Arcadeon amount to €195,00 or €180,00 per night (various hotels).
 
Trade exhibition:
Due to the high demand and increasing organizational effort in recent years, as well as the limited exhibition space, we have had to change the conditions for participation in the trade fair.  
Speakers and participants of the symposium have the option of booking a presentation table. The booking fee for non-VFA members is €760,00 for a small presentation table (73 cm x 73 cm) including one participant, or €890,00 for a large presentation area (140 cm x 70 cm) including one participant. The booking fee for VFA members is €710,00 for a small presentation table (73 cm x 73 cm) including one participant, or €830,00 for a large presentation area (140 cm x 70 cm) including one participant.
 
Exhibitor space will be allocated upon receipt of registration. We reserve the right to position exhibitor tables within the event area. Requests will be accepted and accommodated wherever possible. However, this cannot be guaranteed. Please note that booking on-site or using the exhibition space without prior registration is not possible.

All prices include lunch, conference drinks, coffee, and dinner at the evening event. 

Hotel selection

Hotels are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis; if a category is fully booked, the next category will be reserved. 

Billing is handled by Henning GmbH & Co. KG. Invoices will be sent at the end of May. 

Set-up times are Sunday, 16:00 PM - 18:00 PM. No storage facilities are available at the conference hotel.
