Calibration of load sensors

To ensure the safety of the measuring equipment, it is necessary to ensure that the mobile load sensors (LSM1, LSM2, LSM XL & LSM Belt) also have a valid and correct calibration. The mobile load sensors were developed for daily use in elevator systems and have proven themselves extremely reliable in practice. The sensors are highly precise measuring instruments that must be handled with care. After significant mechanical and/or electrical impacts, the correct function of the sensors must be checked.

We recommend annual calibration.

The calibration of a mobile load sensor includes:

the factory recalibration of a load sensor (LSM1, LSM2, LSM XL & LSM Belt)
technical inspection

Only a correctly calibrated measuring instrument can deliver correct results.

Calibration MSM12

In the interest of measuring equipment safety, it is necessary to ensure that the MSM12 Mobile Rope Load Measurement System also has a valid and correct calibration. The MSM12 Mobile Rope Load Measurement System was developed for daily use in elevator systems and has already proven itself in practice. The sensors are highly precise measuring instruments that must be handled with care. After significant mechanical and/or electrical impacts, the correct function of the sensors must be checked.

We recommend annual calibration.

The calibration of the MSM12 includes:

the factory recalibration of the MSM12 evaluation unit
technical review and software updates

Calibration mobile diagnostics QS3

In the interest of measuring instrument safety, it must be ensured that the QS3 acceleration sensor also has a valid and correct calibration.

The QS3 sensor was developed for daily use in elevator systems and has already proven itself in practice.
The sensor is a very precise measuring instrument that requires careful handling. After significant mechanical and/or electrical impacts on the sensor, its proper function must be checked.

We recommend annual calibration.

In the interest of measurement reliability, it must be ensured that the Henning RideAnalyzer also has a valid and correct calibration.

The device was specifically developed for daily use in elevator systems and has proven itself in practice. The RideAnalyzer is a high-precision measuring instrument and should therefore be handled with care. After significant mechanical or electrical impacts, the device must be checked for proper functioning.
