Mobile load measurement for elevators – Fast, precise, universally applicable

The mobile Henning load measuring system offers you a precise and uncomplicated solution for weight recording and tension measurement on elevators – regardless of the type, age or load-bearing equipment used.

The compact load sensors (LSM) can be flexibly integrated into ropes or belts and transmit their measurement data to the MSM 12 evaluation unit. This displays the tensions of the individual load-bearing elements as well as the weight of the cabin and counterweight in real time.

Thanks to a unique measuring method and user-friendly software with integrated wizard, the correct setting of the suspension element tensions is quick and easy – for optimal results with minimal effort.

The modern mobile evaluation unit MSM12, together with suitable load sensors for ropes or belts, offers the possibility to quickly and efficiently measure the cabin weight and the weight of the counterweight and to correctly adjust the tension of the suspension devices.
