RideAnalyzer – The multimeter for ride profiles
The RideAnalyzer is a measuring device with an intuitive operating concept for simple and quick measurement and analysis of elevator rides. This handy device combines the sensor and evaluation unit in a robust plastic housing. Connection to a laptop or external evaluation unit is not required.
Thanks to the automatic evaluation of measurement results, it can be used without time-consuming training or familiarization, providing quick and cost-effective information that can be used to adjust the lift or troubleshoot problems. Therefore, the RideAnalyzer is equally suitable for installers, planners, and experts. It is the ideal tool for time-saving adjustment of new systems; for monitoring ride characteristics, verifying the installation, and locating faults.
Functionality:
To record the ride characteristics of an elevator system with the RideAnalyzer, the sensor is placed in the center of the car and a ride command is then issued. Once the ride is completed, a ride profile and additional data such as speed and acceleration profiles are available. These results are immediately evaluated based on predefined parameters, and any necessary adjustments to the system settings can be made in a very short time.

Microphone
Noise measurement and evaluation according to ISO 8100-34 using a measurement microphone connected via a mini-XLR connector.
Noise measurements are performed synchronously with the elevator's travel. The live noise level, measured in dB(A), can be read on the built-in LCD display and over time in the evaluation software, including a diagnostic report.
