Far ahead of its time
With the origins of today WEARwatcher We were way ahead of our time. The first condition monitoring project was successfully implemented in 2004 in cooperation with BASF – long before the intelligent networking of machines and processes using information and communication technology was given a name under the term Industry 4.0.
Technologically, we were too early to market with the revolutionary system. Nevertheless, condition monitoring continued to be pursued internally within our company and was then redesigned in 2012 based on newly available technologies (GSM, modems, cloud). In 2015, we presented the WEARwatcher a user-friendly system that makes it easy to monitor medium and large fleets of elevator systems.

For many years, we have specialized in mobile measurement technology for elevators and escalators. Thanks to our extensive database of comparative data from years of analyzing elevators and escalators, our engineers have developed sophisticated algorithms for acquiring and analyzing measurement data from mobile acceleration measurement systems, which are used in condition monitoring.
Henning GmbH is known worldwide for its many years of experience in measuring, analyzing, and evaluating data from elevators and escalators. Our customers value our in-house development department for hardware, software, and AI (artificial intelligence), which develops customized solutions. Backed by in-depth knowledge of elevators and escalators, as well as the requirements of measurement technology, we can offer products that save time and money in maintenance and repair.
